Kundalini energy is an energy that is always present; lying dormant along the base of your spine, this energy is also known as the root chakra. When the Kundalini energy is awakened, it will rise up along the spine, allowing you to experience deep inner peace, lasting bliss, and spirituality; we refer to this as the Kundalini bliss.
To awaken your Kundalini, an experienced practitioner will help you reach a deeply relaxed state and guide you through a meditation that awakens each Chakra. Similar to a Reiki session.
